Idea for next project for group
I was wondering if we wanted to continue this group with a new sampler project with La- D - DA?
It is a three part sampler series. Just an idea.
I miss reading your after midnight posts! I'm going to change the look of this blog soon...so it's not so " birds of a feathery" looking, and encourage posting of whatever you are working on. Some of us have a challenge to make a basketful of small patriotic pin pillows by July 2012...would like to encourage sharing of those.
I love your LaDDa suggestion...I have this on order at The Ewe now. I think someone else ordered it when I did, but can't remember who.
How are all your intellectual pursuits coming? I see your Scottish Sampler is an online class. If I didn't have so many big things in progress, I might have bitten on that.
Did you feel the earthquake this afternoon? Didn't notice anything over here.
I'll see what I can do to update this blog and try to keep some interaction going.
I have been trying to get to bed a little earlier this week. LOL. I also have two pre-stitching assignments I need to work on so that works for me too. I am leaving for Arkansas to teach the Scottish Sampler in person soon too. First my doctorate residency (the last one--a long one....)then off to teach.
I have some new samplers I am working on which I just purchased--hope I can carve some time out to reproduce them.
COUNT ME IN ON THE LA DI DA!! BEEN WORKING ON CHOCOLAT PRE STITCH. NEED TO GET STARTED ON CHRISTMAS GIFTS AND A COUPLE PATRIOTIC PIN PILLOWS. HOPE TO SEE YOU ROBIN AT ROSE'S, FRAME IS THERE.
I guess there's something about three part mystery samplers this year, huh?! Sounds like fun. I've never stitched anything from La D Da before, but have bought a few of her small designs the past year.
Have you finished your Bird of a Feather? I know you were getting close. I'm still on part 1, but I finished the 2 BBD pieces and am now working on the two pieces for the Crafty Ewe weekend, which is right around the corner.
